The Four Seasons Private Residences in Denver, Colorado will be more than just a Hotel. Just as the title states it will be a Private Residences. Some of the extra perks for the Private Residences at the Four Seasons will include are:
- Access to the 24hr concierge - this included dog walking anytime they need it, plants watered, massage anytime they want/need it, get tickets anytime of the day. Also they can receive turn down service just like they were a Hotel Guest.
Now this is something I can get used to.
The average hotel rate in Denver was at $113 the Four Seasons will be at $300 so almost triple the average rate. The hotel is scheduled to be completed by the Fall of ‘09.
