SugarCube Lofts, once completed will be located at the corner of 16th Street and Blake street in Downtown Denver. SugarCube Lofts are scheduled to be completed this month. This 167,000 square foot building will include a restaurant and retail store within its 8,000 square foot first floor. About 50,000 square feet of the 2nd thru 4th floors will be rentable office space. While, the 5th thru the 10th floors will be reserved for lofts.
