The mountain communities, especially SW Colorado, are enjoying rising prices for homes unlike the rest of the state. For some reason, the homes in the mountain communities are holding their resale value and what a blessing that is! If you have invested in mountain property, rest assured that your investment is safe. I just sold a log home at Arrowhead for $1.2 million dollars and have several more elegant homes for sale here. People in Vail, Aspen and Telluride don’t seem to know there is a recession in America, so relax and keep your chin up folks. They continue to purchase beautiful properties like there is no tomorrow.
