Colorado is home to one of America’s highest concentrations of mountain towns, adrenaline junkies, and those who just love the alpine world. Many of the niche magazines that serve these communities are either based here or focus on our way of life. In this workshop we will discuss how to conceptualize, write, and sell features that engage the mountain imagination in its Colorado incarnation. Led by David J. Rothman, author of Dominion of Shadow and The Elephant’s Chiropractor, a Colorado Book Award finalist.
