Most popular religion among Coloradans is, Catholicism, which is now becoming more with the Latino immigrants. Similar to other Western states, Colorado has the huge percentage of religiously unaffiliated residents. As per the Survey conducted by American Religious Identification in the year 2001, Colorado’s population is categorised by the following religious groups:

2. RC (Roman Catholic) - 23%
3. Agnostic / Atheist - 21%
4. Chrisitans - 9%

6% of the population refused to answer, and the rest percentage of the people fall under a few other religious groups such as Buddhist, Jewish, Evangelical and so on.
