Collegiate Peaks Music Festival 2009 will be held on 25th and 26th of July in the Town Square at South Main in Buena Vista and the Arkansas River Valley. All the festival goers will get immediate access to the river park and they will be able to enjoy the new bouldering park.

There will be two days of pure enjoyment with various Colorado bands, a Beer Garden and artisans and food vendors with an expected crowd of 2,000-4,000.
There will be some of the well known musicians in the festival such as BV High School Jazz Band, Jessica Sonner, Kizumba, Angle Stevens, Ople Gone Bad, Wendy Woo and many more.
Leading companies are sponsoring the event such as BV Roastery, Central Colorado Sound, Ska Brewery, Evergreen Café, Colorado East Bank and Trust and many more.
The whole festival will only cost you $5. More to this, it is absolutely free for kids of 12 and under.
This music festival also commonly known as CPMF will be a perfect place for an enjoyable weekend with dance, music and also a picnic. So, don’t forget to bring your blankets and picnic accessories with you.

From Colorado Springs:
US-24 W - 73.5 miles to Antero Junction
Turn left (stay on US-24) - 14 miles to Johnson Village
Right on US-24 - 2 miles
From Grand Junction:
I-70 E - 135 miles
Take the US-24 E exit- EXIT 171- toward MINTURN / LEADVILLE
Go onto US-24 - 32 miles
Turn LEFT onto HARRISON AVE / US-24. Continue to follow US-24. - 35 miles
