Snowboarding in Colorado

Whether you are learning to ski or board, keep in mind that it’s not going to happen over night. Regardless of how fit and athletic you are, these sports take time and patience to acquire. My recommendation for first time skiers and boarders is to take the half-day lesson instead of the full-day lesson. The first time I took a lesson, I signed up for the full-day lesson and I regretted it after a few hours. I consider myself to be athletic but after the 20th time falling down and getting back up (typical of first timers), I was completely exhausted! If you have any tips to first time skiers or boarders, please post your suggestions and share what has worked for you.
