Four Seasons Private Residences – Denver, Colorado

Four Seasons Private Residences - Denver, Colorado

The Four Seasons Private Residences in Denver, Colorado will be more than just a Hotel. Just as the title states it will be a Private Residences. Some of the extra perks for the Private Residences at the Four Seasons will include are:

- Access to the 24hr concierge – this included dog walking anytime they need it, plants watered, massage anytime they want/need it, get tickets anytime of the day. Also they can receive turn down service just like they were a Hotel Guest.

Now this is something I can get used to.

The average hotel rate in Denver was at $113 the Four Seasons will be at $300 so almost triple the average rate. The hotel is scheduled to be completed by the Fall of ’09.

$135 Million Hala Ranch – Aspen, Colorado

Hala Ranch Aspen Colorado      One of the most expensive homes in the world is a 56,000 square foot ranch owned by Prince Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz. This enormous ranch has sixteen bathrooms, fifteen bedrooms, indoor pool, steam room, excercise room, regulation-size indoor racquetball court, tennis court, fishing pond, cross-country ski trails, and an outdoor firepit. For the equestrian, this ranch even has a superb facility with heated haybarn and stable.

The aspen home that was for sale last month, has been taken off the market due to inadequate or low offers. I suppose it would be hard to find someone that would be able to afford this $135 million dollar ranch.
